This website is operated by DAILY PROGRESS LDA, which uses the Zigzag trade name.
2. Purpose
The website presents the company’s cleaning services and explains how to contact it to request a quote. Nothing can be bought or paid for on the website. A quote request is neither an order nor a commitment to contract.
3. Quotes
The price and terms of each service are set out only in the written quote sent to the customer and the terms accompanying it. Descriptions on the website are for information and are not a contractual offer.
4. Images
Photos illustrating the services (home page and service pages) are illustrative images and do not show the company’s work. Photos on the Our work page show work carried out by the company, published with the customers’ permission.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the website to send unlawful or abusive content, unsolicited advertising or third-party data you are not entitled to share.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, logo, graphic elements and structure of the website belong to DAILY PROGRESS LDA or are used with permission or under licence. Reproduction without permission is prohibited, except where allowed by law.

Links to third-party services such as WhatsApp are provided for convenience; the company does not control those services.
8. Availability
The company aims to keep the website available and up to date, but may change or suspend it, for example for maintenance.
